Do I have to Pay a Deposit?Yes, all orders have a 50% deposit to cover supplies and materials. The remaining balance is due before pick up or delivery.
Do you deliver?Yes, we can deliver if available during the time needed. Tuesday- Friday are pick up only. Saturday is open to schedule delivery time for an additional fee.
Can I order through text or call?No, Unfortunately online is the only available way. This will help you and us stay organize and have 1 form of communication to avoid mistakes and mix ups.
Can I have more then 1 flavor of cake?Yes, I understand the order form allows you to pick 1 cake flavor, but simply add the different flavors in the description box.
I don’t see the treat or items I’m looking for?Sorry about that, there are some products we had to discontinue and no longer will provide. Lets discuss some different options instead, email us what you are looking for at jssweetsatl@gmail.com
My date is not available?Not a problem, if the date before is available then pick that day and you can pick up your order the next business day during business hours. We will hold your order for you. Please inform us of that in the description on the order form.
We are close on Sunday and Monday so those days are not available at all.
Can I send inspiration pictures of the design I'm looking for?Yes, of course you can. Just email me your inspiration picture to jssweetsatl@gmail.com, we would love to see what you are looking for.
