Just a couple of things to look over and remember before placing your order. So we are all on one accord to may your day just as special.

~All order require a non refundable deposit. The deposit is used to purchase supplies, ingredients, and materials for your order. Refunds are only given back on a case by case scenario.

~ Order are set for pick up only unless delivery option is discuss and agreed upon. Deliveries are an additional fee and listed on the invoice. Meet up is considered a delivery as well and charges will apply. Cakes are to be leveled and in a cool place during drive to ensure the cake arrives perfectly. We are not responsible for the actions of individual driving conditions. Once the order is in your hands, we are no longer responsible.

~ Most orders are to be kept in a cool place until 30 minutes before the event to display. Please do not display in front or around heat or cake will melt.

~Please inform us of any allergies or health concerns.

~ In case of an accident or medical emergency during the work process or delivery of your order, it is not able to be completed or destroyed in an accident. The client will be notified ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate the clients with a replacement or discuss a refund.
